Purchase conditions

Our prices include VAT in force in Spain.

Shipping costs are not included in the price of the product.

MINIK reserves the right to modify prices, articles and other commercial conditions without prior notice.

Payment Methods

You can buy our products through two forms of payment:

Paypal and Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro.

Prohibitions

The reproduction, sale, distribution or commercial use of the products purchased, either in whole or in part, is totally prohibited.

Shipping & Returns

MINIK is formed by two women, human persons with two hands... give us time to prepare your order as you deserve. Each piece is handmade.

We try to ensure that our products arrive in the best conditions and above all with the funny style that characterizes us in our lovingly prepared packaging.

Our shipments are made through CORREOS at home, we detail shipping costs and estimated delivery times:

Shipments to Spain (peninsula): €5, estimated delivery 2-5 working days. Free shipping from €60 purchase.

Shipments to the Balearic Islands: €7, estimated delivery 2-5 working days. Free shipping from €100 purchase.

Shipments to the Canary Islands: €12, estimated delivery 2-5 working days. Free shipping from €150 purchase.

Shipping to EU and UK: €12, estimated delivery 2-5 working days.
 It is done by registered letter as long as the weight and dimensions meet the requirements for shipping in this mode.

Important:

  • Shipping times are estimates, it could take a few days longer.
  • MINIK is not responsible for delays in deliveries.
  • MINIK is not responsible if the client has provided incorrect data that leads to delivery problems. The buyer must bear the costs of a new shipment.
  • For shipments to Spain (peninsula), the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands, if they do not find you at the indicated address, Correos will leave a notice so that you can pick up the order at your nearest office.
  • In shipments to Europe, it will be delivered by hand as a registered letter, requiring the signature of the recipient.

Return and refund policy

We want you to be happy with our products, so if there is a problem with your order please contact us within 3 days after receiving your package at minik.nyn@gmail.com and we will see how we can solve it ;)

Indicate in your email the necessary information to locate your order and the reason for your return.

  • You can return your products up to 14 days after receiving your product.
  • They must be in their original package and unused.
  • MINIK is not responsible for the return costs. The return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer, who must present proof of shipping.
  • We do not exchange models.

Other clarifications

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use or maintenance of parts.
  • We only accept returns of products purchased directly from our website.
